  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason. If you are not completely satisfied with your DESLOC product within 30 days of purchase, simply return it unopened in the original packaging with your order number for a full refund. If there are no quality issues, we kindly request that you cover the return delivery cost.

The refund will be return to your original account within 4-9 working days. It depends on the payment method you selected.

  1. Eligibility and Conditions:
  • Refunds shall be requested within 30 days of filing a warranty claim.
  • Only purchases from DESLOC's authorized online stores are covered by this policy.
  • Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason.
  • Without prior communication with us, your return will not be processed.
  • Corporate purchases/bulk orders (>10 units) may not be refundable.
  • All accessories and the original packaging shall be included in returns.
  • The refund process will begin once DESLOC has received and inspected the returned item.
  • When returning goods, please keep the proof of posting from your shipper, as we are not liable for any missing items without it. We strive to process returns as soon as they arrive.
  1. Refund & Replacement Policy:

Coverage and Solutions:

  • If a DESLOC product is found defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide one or more of the following solutions:  replacement with a new or a refund of the original purchase price.
  • The warranty period commences upon purchase and is only valid in the country of purchase.
  • The warranty will be voided if the product is shipped from an unauthorized source.
  • The warranty period for replacements and repaired items is the same as that of the original defective product, or extends up to 3 months after the replacement, whichever is longer.
  • Free products have no warranty.
  • Without prior communication with us, your return will not be processed.
  1. How to File a Refund & Replacement Claim:

Step 1: Contact support@desloc.com to initiate the process

Step 2: Start the refund&return process

  • Please provide sufficient proof of purchase, g. order number.
  • DESLOC will send the return label to the buyer.
  • The buyer will need to send the product back and provide the tracking number through email
  • After receiving the parcel, DESLOC will initiate the refund which will return to the original paying account within 4-9 working days

Note: Our shipping address is not the return address. If the buyer need to return the products, please contact us. If the buyer returns the item directly, the buyer will be responsible for any financial loss that may be incurred.

  1. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper operation or maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Lost parts originally supplied with the product.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Damages caused by third-party products, services, or systems used together with DESLOC products.
  • Consumable parts (such as batteries) or products marked as "sample" or sold "AS IS".
  • Labor costs for removal and reinstallation of the product.
  • Shipping expenses unless the product is found defective. 
  1. Return shipping costs willbe covered by the buyer in the following situations:
  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by DESLOC quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process) 
  1. 1-Year Limited Warranty

DESLOC guarantees the quality of our products and offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty for all items purchased directly from us or our authorized resellers. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur under regular use and conditions.

  1. How to File a Warranty Claim:

Step 1: Contact support@desloc.com for technical support and to initiate a claim.

Step 2: Start the warranty process

  • The buyer is required to provide sufficient proof of purchase, g. order number.
  • DESLOC will document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
  • Visible proof of the defect in the item is required.
  • It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.

Step 3: If the issue cannot be resolved online, please contact our Customer Service team with the following information:

  • Picturesand videos of the defective product
  • The most recent delivery address
  • Telephone number
  • A brief description of the issue

Step 4: Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

DESLOC shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or property damage, that result from using or being unable to use the product. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described above.
