How to install A100F Smart Lock with Fingerprint Recognition ?

Please refer to the instruction manual for specific installation steps, and a video demonstration is provided for installing and configuring the lock (Installation Video).

How to reset the smart door lock?

Press the reset button for 3s. There will be 1 long beep and blue light flashing once, then 3 short beeps and red light flashing 3 times.After reset,The lock is reset to the factory mode, Master PlN code will be back to 123456,and all User PlN codes and Userfingerprints will be erased.

How to set up fingerprint unlocking?

To add a user fingerprint in the A100F Smart Fingerprint Deadbolt, follow these steps:
1. Enter the Master PIN code and press the unlock button.
2. Press "1", unlock, "2", and unlock in that order.
3. Press the ID number (01-50) for the user and the unlock button. ID number means that the user is creating a serial number for his fingerprint,it's numbered by his own from 01-50,which means the code he creats is NO.01 or No.02.
4. Place your finger on the fingerprint reader 5 times to register the fingerprint.

How many passcodes and fingerprints can the A100F stores?

The A100F model smart lock can store 99 codes and 50 fingerprints.

If I want to split the finish/trim, can I buy the exterior keypad assembly for the locks separately?

How can I make sure the smart lock is properly installed?

There are three ways to check if the smart lock has been properly installed. Once the smart lock is installed, please check the following points: 
1. Ensure the lock is tightly secured by trying to move it with your hands. 
2. Turn the deadbolt using the keys provided to ensure the deadbolt can function smoothly. 
3. Close your door and ensure that the deadbolt can be engaged and disengaged smoothly.

How do I check to see if the door is the right size for my smart lock?

Ensure that the door thickness is 1-3/8" to 2"; the door hole diameter is 2-1/8"; the backset size is 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" with the deadbolt.

How do I calibrate the deadbolt?

Our locks don't need to be calibrated.

How do I set my smart door lock to auto-lock?

1.Enter Master PIN code,press the unlock button
2.Enter 5 and press the unlock button
3.Enter 3-30(Second),and press the unlock button
The lock will be locked automatically  for a certain duration (3-30s)

Why is the spindle on my Smart Lock so loose?

If the spindle (shaft) appears loose when the Smart Locks are assembled. it is not a defect. When the spindle is properly aligned and inserted through the deadbolt hole (ensure it is inserted flat or square), it will fasten securely and not feel loose anymore.

What should I do if I forgot the Initial Code?

It is recommended that you reset the lock to restore the factory settings.the default Master Pin code is 123456.

How do I enable Remote Control for B200 Smart Door Lock?

Connect the smart lock to the TT Lock APP, and then connects it to the gateway to realize remote control of the smart lock.

How to connect the Gateway with B200?

After paring, Click "Gateway" > choose the gateway connected > nearby locks > check if the signal is strong > move the gateway closer to lock if the signal is weak. Ensure that the smart lock is no more than 15 feet away from the gateway, it will connected with Gateway autonomously,and confirm that both your phone and the gateway are linked to the identical WiFi network (The gateway only works with 2.4 GHz WiFi). If you have 5G Wi-Fi, you can set and add 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi by dual-band router.

Does this work with Alexa, Google, or Siri?

It can only connect with Google Assistant and Alexa.

How do I enable Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant Voice Control?

Click Settings (on the upper right) > Turn on the "Unlock by Voice" and set the code for unlocking by voice.

When unlocking a door with Google Assistant/Alexa, does the PIN number have to be input every time?

Yes, you'll need to re-enter the code every time you unlock the door with the voice assistant.

1. Remove one battery and wait for 5 seconds.
2. Put the battery back.
3. Long press the reset button for 10 seconds while the keypad lights up.
4. After hearing "Please input the initialization password", enter 000#
5. After hearing "Administrator deleted successfully", it means the reset is successful.
Reset method 2:
1. Uninstall the back lock by opening the battery cover and removing 3 screws on the back lock.
2. Load the batteries.
3. Hold the Reset Button (as shown below) for 5seconds. You'll hear the sound"Input initializationpasscode" from the lock.
4. Input 000# on the keypad after the sound. You'll hear"Administrator deleted successfully", indicating that the reset is successful.

How to set up fingerprint unlocking?

Add Fingerprints
Step1: Tap on "Fingerprints"
Step2: Tap on "Add Fingerprints"
Step3: Set up the validity period of the fingerprint.
Step4: Follow the instructions on the App. You will be asked to place your finger on the sensor 4 times.

How do I check to see if the door is the right size for my smart lock?

How do I enable the Passage Mode?

How to update firmware?

To upgrade the TT Lock firmware, open the TT Lock App, go to the lock's "Settings" menu, choose "Firmware Update", and follow the instructions. Stay close to the lock while updating.

How do I set my smart door Lock to Auto-Lock?

Our door locks can be set to auto-lock, and the delay time for auto-locking can be set between 5 and 900 seconds. 
Click "Settings" >  "Auto Lock" ,the lock will automatically lock the door when it has be opened after 5 seconds by default.

How to identify the frequency band of your WiFi network, 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz?

Most routers come with "dual-band" WiFi, which means they support both 2.4G and 5G WiFi frequency bands. They may use the same SSID (SSID = network name), or have a unique SSID, such as "YourWifi" and "YourWifi_5G". if you want to learn more detail,pls read our article of troubleshooting.

How to share your devices with your family?

You can authorize your family. An authorized admin can do the following:① Unlock/lock via the app.②Generate/edit/delete passcodes/lC card/fingerprints.③ Adjust settings like passage mode, auto-lock timer, and turnon/off the lock sound.
Step1: Click Authorized Admin.Step2: Enter recipient's account, it can be the phone number or email address used during registration.

How to create an account and pair it with the Smart Door Lock App?

Click Register to get started. Enter the email or phone number and set the password. Click Get Code and enter the verification code (please select the correct Country/Region).

How do I enable Remote Control for B200 Smart Door Lock?

Configure a gateway to B200 and connect the smart lock to the APP, which then connects to the gateway to realize remote control of the smart lock.

Step 1: Click "Cards"

Step 3: Set the valid period of the fob
Step 4: Once the lock says "Please swipe your card" > place the fob against 5 on the keypad.
Step 5: lf you hear the prompt voice "Input successful", it means that the fob can be used to unlock your door.

This may be due to the incorrect door opening direction configured in the TT Lock app. You can switch the door opening direction to the opposite direction in the TT Lock app.

 TT Lock APP > Settings (homepage) > Basic > Battery > Update.

No, TT Lock will not send a notification when it's unlocked from the inside.

Can I change the Master passcode before pairing my lock with App?

Do not use the keypad to change the Master Password before pairing the lock in the APP. Before pairing, you may need to touch the keypad to activate the lock. If the app does not find the lock or cannot connect, please reset the lock.

Are the keys from different lock same?

No, due to security concern, every lock's keys are unique.

How to reset the lock?

Long press the Reset button, and you will receive a promptfrom the voice assistant to enter the reset passcode. Enter the passward "000” and

How to adjust the lock handle's direction?

1. The door handle should be oriented in the opposite direction to the door frame.

2. The fixing screw that changes direction should be fastened in the same directionas the door handle.

Note: Ensure the handle is level while tightening the screws.

How to manage the lock?

The lock must be added on the app before it can be used.The addition of a lock means initiating the lock by interacting with it via Bluetooth. Please stand beside the lock. Once the lock is added successfully, you can manage it through the app, such as sending a key or passcode.

What does the 3 types of key mean?

Time-limited ekey :The eKey is valid for the specified time period.
Permanent ekey:The eKey can be used permanently.
One-time ekey:The eKey will be automatically deleted onceit has been used.

How to search key record?

The administrator can query the unlock records of each key.

How to manage the card?

You need to add an lC card first.The whole process needs to bedone via the App beside the lock.The validity period of the lC cardcan be set, either permanent ortime-imited. All lC cards can be queried and managed through the IC card management moduleWhen a gateway is present, the remote card issuance feature is shown; otherwise, itremains concealed.

What is time-limited passcode?

The time-limited passcode has a validity period, ranging from one hour to three years. The time can be specified by the hour for validity periods less than a year, and by the month for periods longer than a year. When the time-limited passcode is valid, it should be used within 24 hours; otherwise, it will automatically expire.

How to manage the passcode?

All generated passcodes can be viewed and managed in the passcode management module. This includes the right of changing, deleting, resetting, and unlocking the passcode.

What is passage mode?

When the Passage Mode is enabled, there is no need for access permission to unlock the door. Passage Mode can be disabled by tapping on it again.

How to add the gateway?

Please add the gateway via App:

A. Connect your phone to the Wl-Fl network that the gateway is connected to(Wi-Fi 2.4G).
B. Activate the App. Click the button "=" in the upper left corner-SelectGateway]-- click the "+"--Select [G2]
C. When the gateway is powered on, light flashes alternately in red and blue:Stand-by mode, ready for pairing.
D. Add Gateway, select the network, and enter the passcode. The addition issuccessfully completed.

What is the temporary passcode?

You can generate 4 sets of temporary passcodes at onceto simplify visitor management.

Will my stored data be hacked?

A maximum of 50 fingerprints can be entered (Standalone mode: up to 10 fingerprints can be enteredfor a single user; APP mode:up to 5 fingerprints can be enteredfor a single user).

How many users can be set?

100. In Standalone mode up to 90 regular users can be set, and up to 10 administrators can be set.

Are the keys from different locks same?

No, due to security concern, every lock's keys are unique.

Is the lock suitable for metal door and french doors?

The lock needs to drill holes on the door so it may not be suitable for metal doors and French doors.

Will the numbers on the smart lock keypad eventually wear off?

The keypad on our door locks is guaranteed not to wear out the numbers for 100,000 time uses.

Is it safe to install if my front door is directly facing sunlight?

Normal sunlight will not cause damage to the lock, but may accelerate the aging of the conditions. Some degree of protection is recommended for the lock. 

Are DESLOC locks hack-proof?

Yes, we use AES encryption technology to ensure the ultimate security:All data are confidential, limited to local unlocking, to eliminate copying and remote attacks, ensuring the privacy and security of personal bio-information.

How can I make sure the installation of smart lock is done properly?

There are three ways to check if the smart lock has been properly installed. After installing the smart lock, please check the following things: 
1. Make sure the lock is tightly secured by trying to move the lock with your hands. 
2. Use the supplied keys to turn the deadbolt to ensure the deadbolt is able to operate smoothly. 
3. Close your door and make sure the deadbolt can lock and unlock smoothly. 

Why I couldn’t add the PIN code after I reset the smart lock ? It still couldn’t work.

Please make sure that the installation and reset steps are correct, and if you confirm that they are, then it is highly likely that the lock's electronics are not functioning. Please contact our customer service as priority solution then. 

What should I do if the touch keyboard does not respond?

If the touch keyboard does not respond, you can troubleshoot and resolve the issue by following these steps:
1. Check the battery power: Check if the door lock battery is depleted, and try replacing the battery before attempting again.
2. Check if the touch operation is correct: Ensure that the touch area is large enough and that the touch duration is at least 1 second to allow the keyboard to correctly recognize the operation.
If the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales team for further assistance.

Can the exterior keypad assembly for the locks be purchased seperately if I want to split the finish/trim?

Sorry, currently we do not offer seperate parts. If you are facing problems, please contact our customer service department for replacement. 

What do I do if the Initial Code is lost?

It is recommended that you reset the lock to restore the factory settings.

How to adjust the exterior lock handle's direction?

The door handle should be oriented in the opposite direction to the door frame.Keep the exterior lock adjustment screw on the opposite side of the handle. Otherwise, the handle will become loose and may turn upward.

Can I use the app while using the stand-alone mode?

This device has two operation modes, one is stand-alone mode, and the other is App mode. The two modes cannot run simultaneously. When one mode is selected,the other mode will be disabled and cannot be available.
1. if the stand-alone mode is selected: No App is downloaded, and you can directly operate the device; enter the initial passcode "123456" and modify and activate it;
2. if the App mode is selected: Please scan the QR code or download the App in the App Store, and then add the bound device;
3. To switch the operation mode: Restore the device to factory settings.

How to reset the lock?

Method 1: Both modes are available
Lock the battery cover after sliding up, press and hold the Reset button> select"YES" to the front lock>click the Enter button to confirm.
Method 2: in stand-alone mode
Click the [Menu button]>select "Lock Settings"> "Factory Reset"> "YES", andclick the  Enter button  to confirm.
Method 3: in App mode
Tap "Settings">"General"> "Reset Device". To reset the equipment, click "Confirm"
NOTE:
1. After reset, the lock will be restored to its factory default settings, reverting the Masterpasscode to 123456 and erasing all User passcodes and User fingerprints;
2. After the factory settings are restored, please change the initial administrator passcode immediately, otherwise the motor does not work;
3.  After the factory settings are restored, when the initial passcode is changed, the lock will automatically adapt to the door opening direction.

How to set the door opening direction?

APP ver:The app will automatically calibrate during the device pairing process, so there is no need to set the door opening direction.

Does it have an auto-lock feature?

Yes, this smart lock does have an auto-lock feature.

Can multiple users have access?

Yes, multiple users can have access to the lock. You can manage, create, or delete user profiles, set passcodes for family, guests, or service people, and even disable individual codes as needed.

Can I set up temporary access codes?

Yes, you can set up temporary access codes with this smart lock.

Can you give someone a one time code to enter through the door, for instance if i need someone to stop by and check on a pet?

Yes you can. 
Standalone mode: Step 1: Click the [Menu button]> select "Add User">"Add Temp PIN";Step 2: Press the [Enter button] to confirm and get 4 sets of temporary PiN (they can only be used once, and will be invalid after use).
APP: Go to Assign Access-Add Access- Choose One-Pass 

Does it have a backup key option?

Yes, this smart lock does come with a physical key for backup access.

Can the locks be keyed alike?

You can program all of them with the same security code, but due to security concern the lock cannot be rekeyed.

Can I make extra key for the lock?

It doesn't support making extra key

Does it work with voice assistants?

Yes, this smart lock is compatible with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Voice Assistant.

How long does the battery last?

6 Months. With emergency power supply and physical keys, you won't have to worry about battery replacements or being locked out unexpectedly.

What if the battery dies?

Before the battery runs out, the DESLOC smart lock will display a low battery warning, and the Display Screen and app will also display a prompt.
If your smart lock has completely run out of power and cannot open the door before replacing the battery, you can still use the key to open and lock the door.
If you don't have the key, you can use a Type-C cable and a mobile power bank to charge the smart lock in an emergency. The charging port is located at the bottom of the smart lock.
Note: The port is for emergency power supply only, cannot be used to charge the battery. With no communication circuit, it doesn't allow any data transfer.

Why does the lock not work after installing the battery?

● Please check the installation of the lock and the cable was installed correctly during installation and securely plugged in.
● Please use  standard new alkaline batteries; do not mix new and old batteries.

Do I need a gateway to enable remote control?

You can control the lock from anywhere with Built-in Wi-Fi with No bridge required(Access management, Real-time notification, Event History)

The smart lock fails to connect to the phone's bluetooth

● Ensure Adequate Power and Proximity:Make sure that your lock has enough battery power. A low battery level can hinder the Bluetooth connection. Also, ensure that you are close enough to the lock. Bluetooth connections work best when the devices are within a close range (within 3 meters).
● Check Your Phone's Bluetooth Settings:Verify if your phone's Bluetooth setting is turned on.
● Enable Location Services :Please ensure that your location services are enabled.
● Attempt a Lock Restart:If you've checked all the above and still can't connect to the lock, please try to restart the lock. 

Why is the batteries draining too fast?

● Check the WiFi signal quality of the door lock. Poor WiFi signals will increase the power consumption of the lock and reduce battery life.
● When the door is closed, turn the indoor knob to ensure it rotates smoothly without resistance. If there is significant resistance, it will increase the power consumption of the lock when opening and closing, shortening battery life. Please adjust and reinstall the indoor unit according to the installation guide to reduce deadbolt resistance.
● When locking, if the latch interferes with or rubs against the strike plate, it will increase the power consumption when locking and unlocking, reducing battery life.
● Please use standatd new alkaline batteries; do not mix new and old batteries.
● Regularly check the battery condition. If the battery leaks, it may cause a short circuit, affecting battery life and potentially damaging the product.

Why are my app notifications delayed?

● Please attempt to power off the Wi-Fi hub and then power it back on. 
● Ensure the power signal is strong and steady.
● Ensure your phone is connected to a robust Wi-Fi network, as this impacts the speed at which notifications are received. A weak Wi-Fi signal can cause unstable connections or disconnections, resulting in delayed or lost notifacation.

What if the Wi-Fi signal is poor?

● Shorten the distance between the router and the lock, and ensure that there is a direct line of connection between the router and the door lock, without walls or large electrical appliances blocking the signal.
● Add a wireless repeater router between the wireless router and the installation location of the lock to extend and enhance the WiFi signal.
● If your router has a power-saving mode, try turning off the power-saving mode.

How to troubleshoot Wi-Fi Connectivity issues

Issues communicating with a lock or Wi-Fi adapter can come from a few different sources, please follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve connectivity issues. 
Mobile Device Based Troubleshooting:
● Check the app for updates.
● Uninstall and reinstall the application. 
● Check the mobile device for updates.
● Ensure the device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network intended for the lock to connect to. 
Network Based Troubleshooting:
● Ensure the Wi-Fi network is set to 2.4GHz :Please make sure to connect to 2.4 GHz network instead of 5 GHz.
● Ensure no other devices on the network are having connectivity issues.
Lock Based Troubleshooting:
● Reconnect/reinsert the battery pack
● Factory reset the lock.

How to add a device?

There are three ways to add the device. Before connecting, activate the touch keypad.
Method 1: Bluetooth link: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and is close to the device.
Method 2: Scan to Add: Please scan the QR code on the inside of the battery cover or on the packaging box to add.
Method 3: Add Manually:Click "Add Manually" on the interface in Step 3 of Method 2 > manually enter the SN code indicated on the inner side of the battery cover or on the packing box until "Connected Successfully" is prompted.

My fingerprint cannot be recognized.

Fingerprint recognition failure may be caused by the following reasons. Please troubleshoot according to the following steps:  
1. Check if the smart lock is powered on: Fingerprint recognition will not work when the device is powered off. Please ensure the lock is properly powered.  
2. Ensure your finger is clean: Dirt, water, or oil on your finger may affect recognition. Please wipe it clean and keep it dry before trying again.
3. Check if the fingerprint sensor is clean: Dust or water stains on the sensor surface may interfere with recognition. Please clean the sensor with a dry cloth.
4. Check the quality of the fingerprint and the enrollment method:
● If the finger is too dry, too wet, peeling, or worn, it may affect recognition.
● Keep your finger in a natural position during enrollment, avoid applying excessive force, and capture multiple angles whenever possible.
● Elderly individuals may have more severely worn fingerprints; it is recommended to enroll multiple fingerprints from different angles to improve unlock success rates.
● Children's fingerprints are shallow and may change as they grow. If recognition rates decrease, it is recommended to re-enroll the fingerprints.  
5. Pay attention to the usage environment: Extreme temperatures or humidity may affect recognition performance.  
6. Try other unlocking methods: If recognition still fails, you can use a password, key, or mobile app to unlock.  
If recognition still fails after multiple attempts, it is recommended to re-enroll the fingerprints or contact the after-sales team for further assistance.

What should I do if the password unlock fails?

If the password unlock fails, we recommend checking the following common causes:  


1. Ensure the smart lock is powered on: The device will not function properly if it is powered off. Please ensure the battery is charged.  


2. Ensure the screen is activated: Before entering the password, ensure the touchscreen is awake and the numeric keys are illuminated.  


3. Verify the password is entered correctly: Avoid accidental touches, rapid consecutive presses, or incorrect digit order.


4. Check the alignment of the lock bolt with the door frame: If the lock bolt is deformed and not fully aligned with the door frame, it may become stuck, causing the unlocking to fail.

5. Try other unlocking methods: If the password fails multiple times, you can use fingerprint recognition, a key, or the mobile app to unlock the door.

What should I do if the switch lock is stuck?

The lock tongue may be stuck due to misalignment during installation or use. We recommend troubleshooting as follows:  
1. Check the alignment of the lock tongue with the door frame: If the lock tongue is deformed and not fully aligned with the door frame, it may cause the lock tongue to get stuck.  
2. Try recalibrating: You can recalibrate the device under Device Page - Settings - General - Device Calibration.
3. Confirm whether the door is closed too tightly or deformed: sagging, deformation, or loose hinges on the door may affect the lock tongue's movement.
If the lock tongue remains stuck after calibration, please contact the after-sales team for further assistance.

What should I do if the app freezes or crashes?

If the DESLOC App experiences lag, unresponsiveness, or crashes, try the following steps to resolve the issue:  

1. Close and reopen the App: Completely close the background app and restart the App to see if it returns to normal.  

2. Certain specific features can only be used when the device is nearby and do not support remote use, such as resetting the device or changing Wi-Fi.  

3. Check the network connection: Ensure that your phone's network connection, Wi-Fi, or mobile data is functioning properly.

4. Update the app version: Go to the app store to check for the latest version and update promptly to fix known issues.

5. Restart the phone device: Temporary system abnormalities on the phone may cause the app to lag. It is recommended to restart the phone and try again.

If the issue persists, please contact official customer service to report the specific situation (such as device model, system version, issue screenshots, etc.) so that we can assist in resolving it as soon as possible.

What should I do if the device cannot be calibrated?

If the device fails during calibration, please follow these steps to check and troubleshoot the issue:  

1. Verify proper installation: Ensure the door lock is installed correctly according to the manual, including proper alignment of the lock body, latch, and door frame. Any misalignment may affect calibration.  
2. Ensure the user is within range: During calibration, ensure the user is within the device's Bluetooth range.
3. Verify that the phone's Bluetooth is enabled: Calibration relies on Bluetooth communication. Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in the phone settings and has successfully connected to the door lock.  
4. Try restarting the device and app: Restart the app or power cycle the door lock, then attempt the calibration process again.  
If calibration still cannot be completed, we recommend contacting official after-sales customer service for further technical support.

What should I do if the door lock status displayed in the app is incorrect?

If the door lock status displayed in the app does not match the actual status, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Try manually refreshing: Pull down to refresh the app and check if the status has been updated correctly.
2. Check the network connection: Poor network signal may cause status delays or errors. Please ensure the device has a stable network connection.
3. Avoid frequent operations on the door lock within a short period: Frequent opening and closing of the door within a short period may cause conflicts in status information. It is recommended to wait a few seconds before performing the operation again.

What is the G2 Gateway?

The G2 Gateway is a device that pairs with a smart lock to allow for remote locking and unlocking features when you are away from home.

How to connect the G2 Gateway ?

1.Open the TT Lock app and tap the menu icon, then select "Gateway".
2.Connect the Gateway to a power source using the included cable. Wait for the indicator light to flash red and blue.
3.When the indicator light is flashing, return to the app and tap the "+" button to add a new device. Select the G2(Wi-Fi) and follow the instructions to connect your Gateway and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
4.Once the Gateway is connected to your Wi-Fi, make sure to turn on the "Remote Unlock" setting for your smart lock in the app. This will allow you to control your lock remotely using the TT Lock or virtual assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant.

Does the G2 gateway support 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks?

No, G2 Gateway only supports 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz) Wi-Fi networks.

What does the G2 gateway's indicator light signify?

Yes, G2 Gateway features two types of indicator lights.
Setup Mode: The red and blue lights are flashing alternately 
Working Mode: The blue light is flashing 
Network Failure: The red light is flashing

What should be the distance between the G2 gateway and the smart lock?

The distance should be within 15 feet.

How to reboot G2 Gateway?

Do I need to pair the G2 Gateway multiple times?

Why cannot I find my gateway in TT Lock?

Check the gateway status indicator. You can search for the gateway only when the red and blue indicators are flashing

Can I connect the gateway to multiple locks?

Yes,but the distance between the gateway and the locks should not be too far .(The distance should be within 10 feet for more stable connection)

Can I transfer a coupon from one account to another?

No, coupons cannot be transferred.  Once the coupon is used on your account, transferring the credits to a different account is not allowed. This applies to all DESLOC promotions, including Black Friday, PetSmart, etc.

How long does delivery generally take?

We currently offer 2 shipping methods:

What are the shipping costs?

DESLOC will bear the standard shipping cost. For expedited shipping, the shipping cost is 4.99.

How will my delivery be shipped?

DESLOC partners with Amazon for shipping our products. They will choose carriers that they think work best for our customers, like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

DESLOC strives to deliver all your items at the same time, but there may be cases where products are shipped separately, depending on the shipping options for various products. You will receive an email notification once an item has been shipped.

What if I don't receive my package?

If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact customer support at support@desloc.com.
If you haven't received any shipping updates or your package after 9 days from placing your order, please contact customer support at support@desloc.com.
If any packages get lost in transit, DESLOC will initiate an investigation with Amazon, our logistics partner, as they are accountable for shipping our products from their warehouse. Amazon typically requires 10 business days to complete its investigation. Once it's completed, we can either send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

It's important to double-check your address before placing an order, as we are unable to make changes once the package is on its way. If needed, please contact the carrier to reroute the delivery.

What countries does DESLOC ship to?

We ship to the continental United States and Canada.
We do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or States: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Also, please note that we do not ship to PO.BOX and military addresses.
We do not currently ship to the following Canada territories or States: The Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut Territory, Quebec, Saskatchewan.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your DESLOC product within 30 days of purchase, simply return it unopened in the original packaging with your order number for a full refund. If there are no quality issues, we kindly request that you cover the return delivery cost. Before you decide to return the product, please contact us at support@desloc.com. Note: unauthorized return is not acceptable.

All accessories and the original packaging shall be included in returns.

How long does it take to get a refund after returning the product?

Once the return package arrives at our warehouse and we will check if the return is fine, if everything is good,refunds will be processed, usually within 4-9 working days, using the same payment method as your original order.
