1. DESLOC 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Up to 24-Month Warranty
At DESLOC, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied and have full trust in our products. To that end, we offer a comprehensive 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and lifetime technical support for all products bought directly from our authorized online stores. Most DESLOC products carry a 12-month warranty. Certain product may have 24-month warranty periods. For exact details, please refer to the product page & manual.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
For non-quality related returns (change of mind):
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
For quality-related issues:
- Please contact our support team with photos/videos
- We will provide a prepaid return label once the issue has been verified
- Full refund or replacement will be offered
Important:
- Returns must be approved before being sent back
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
The refund will be processed back to your original account within 4-9 working days. It depends on the payment method you selected.
3. Eligibility and Conditions
- Refunds shall be requested within 30 days of filing a warranty claim.
- Only purchases from DESLOC's authorized online stores are covered by this policy.
- Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason.
- Without prior communication with us, your return will not be processed.
- Corporate purchases/bulk orders (>10 units) may not be refundable.
- All accessories and the original packaging shall be included in returns.
- The refund process will begin once DESLOC has received and inspected the returned item.
- When returning goods, please keep the proof of posting from your shipper, as we are not liable for any missing items without it. We strive to process returns as soon as they arrive.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
Coverage and Solutions:
- If a DESLOC product is found defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide one or more of the following solutions: replacement with a new or a refund of the original purchase price.
- The warranty period commences upon purchase and is only valid in the country of purchase.
- The warranty will be voided if the product is shipped from an unauthorized source.
- The warranty period for replacements and repaired items is the same as that of the original defective product, or extends up to 3 months after the replacement, whichever is longer.
- Free products have no warranty.
- Without prior communication with us, your return will not be processed.
5. How to File a Refund or Replacement Claim
To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Us First
Please email support@desloc.com to request return authorization.
Kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos (required for quality-related claims)
** Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.**
Step 2: Return Guidelines
For Quality-Related Issues (Defects, Malfunction, Wrong Item, etc.)
- Our support team will review the provided evidence.
- If confirmed, DESLOC will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- You may choose a replacement or a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For Non-Quality-Related Returns (Change of Mind)
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A refund will be processed within 2–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping Important Notice
- Our warehouse address is NOT the return address.
- Please do not send any item back without prior authorization.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.
- If an item is returned without approval, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss or additional shipping costs.
6. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper operation or maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Lost parts originally supplied with the product.
- Normal wear and tear or aging.
- Damages caused by third-party products, services, or systems used together with DESLOC products.
- Consumable parts (such as batteries) or products marked as "sample" or sold "AS IS".
- Labor costs for removal and reinstallation of the product.
- Shipping expenses unless the product is found defective.
7. Return shipping costs willbe covered by the buyer in the following situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Buyer’s accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by DESLOC quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items in international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
8. Up to 24-Month Limited Warranty (Effective April 28, 2026)
Products purchased directly from DESLOC or through our authorized resellers are covered by a limited warranty. Most products come with a 12-month warranty, while select models are eligible for an extended warranty of up to 24 months.
For orders placed on or after April 28, 2026, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of purchase and may extend up to 24 months, depending on the product. Orders placed prior to this date will remain subject to the original warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase.
For specific warranty coverage, please refer to the individual product page or user manual. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
9. How to File a Warranty Claim:
Step 1: Contact support@desloc.com for technical support and to initiate a claim.
Step 2: Start the warranty process
- The buyer is required to provide sufficient proof of purchase, g. order number.
- DESLOC will document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
- Visible proof of the defect in the item is required.
- It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.
Step 3: If the issue cannot be resolved online, please contact our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Pictures and videos of the defective product
- The most recent delivery address
- Telephone number
- A brief description of the issue
Step 4: Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
10. Limitation of Liability:
DESLOC shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or property damage, that result from using or being unable to use the product. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described above.
