I purchased this lock and right off the bat I liked it. The only complaint I had the first week was that turning off the autolock didn’t always work the first time. I like the option to add fingerprints, number codes and use the key.At the end of week two I went to turn on autolock and the entire thing stopped working. It says it’s locked but it isn’t actually locking. I have tried with the key, we took out the batteries, nothing is solving the issue. The worst part is that it doesn’t have a manual lock so there is now no way to lock my door without removing this doorknob all together. If it had a manual lock this wouldn’t be such an issue, but it doesn’t.I reached out to the companies email support and they requested video, pictures, and a screenshot of my receipt and said they would forward it to their technical support. At this point I’m just trying to get a refund since I can’t even lock my door two weeks into use.

SUPER BAD QUALITY LOCK

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT- HONEST REVIEWVery horrible to start off with when we first installed the lock it was working perfectly fine. It locked by itself behind itself, and the finger pan was working great and a few weeks later that became with a couple of cons the first one was that when would use our fingerprint the first time it wouldn't read the system to open the door it will just go straight to nothing so we will have to do it on multiple times just for it to unlock then the second thing when we would do That it would when it would say green that it is unlocked. It would still be locked. Have to push and pull the door for it to actually unlock the second thing now is the door does not lock by itself anymore. It has to fully pull the door when you're behind it pull the door in order for it to lock by itself if you just close the door regularly. It would try to lock the door and it would be in the middle towards like trying to lock it and then it would stop and it would start beeping very inconvenient now yesterday we and last week we have came up with a new problem that the door would not unlock no more even with the finger pad with the code it would not unlock all you changed the batteries yesterday and it's locked by itself now on its own sometimes when it wants to, but it is not unlocking no more very bad quality I have to physically use the key itself to unlock the door, which is super inconvenient. Why would you make a door with a finger pad just for it to stop working after two months I bought this product in June and it is now September a door law should not be lasting two months just for me to replace it now I have to call a handyman to go and order another one out-of-pocket, I will be calling Amazon about this and I will be calling every person with product support because it completely unacceptable for this. I will hopefully try and get my refund back thank you all and do not buy this product. I repeat do Not.
